Ltd. for Coating and Lamination of Fabrics for Defence Applications Malegaon, Maharashtra - 16-09-2026 Candour Techtex Limited (“CTL” or “the Company”), Malegaon, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ratanmoti Texfab (India) Pvt. Ltd. (“RMTF”), Kolhapur, for a long-term arrangement relating to the coating and lamination of fabrics intended for applications in the Indian Defence Industry. Under the proposed arrangement, RMTF will supply fabrics to CTL, which will undertake the required coating and lamination processes at its manufacturing facilities, in accordance with the applicable specifications and quality requirements. The processed fabrics will thereafter be supplied by RMTF to: Aerial Delivery Research and Development Establishment (ADRDE) Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) Station Road, Agra Cantt, Agra - 282 001. The MOU represents an important development for CTL as its coating and lamination capabilities are proposed to become part of the supply chain serving ADRDE/DRDO through RMTF. The association provides the Company with an opportunity to participate in the development and supply chain for specialised coated and laminated textile materials intended for defence-related applications. Through this arrangement, CTL will contribute its technical expertise and manufacturing capabilities in the processing, coating and lamination of technical fabrics, with a focus on consistently meeting the specified technical, quality and performance requirements applicable to such specialised applications. The proposed association also aligns with CTL’s broader objective of expanding the application of its processing capabilities into technical textiles, specialised industrial applications and defence- related textile requirements. The Company believes that its experience in coating and lamination can support the growing requirement for engineered textile materials where specific functional and performance characteristics are required.
