Amendment to Whistle Blower Policy and appointment of Ombudsman. The amended policy is available at the website of the Company at www.bondada.net. 2. Reconstitution of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee The Company is in the process of migrating from the BSE SME Platform to the Main Board of BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). In connection with the proposed migration and to ensure compliance with the corporate governance requirements applicable to companies listed on the Main Board, it is proposed to reconstitute the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company. In terms of Regulation 20 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Stakeholders Relationship Committee shall comprise at least three Directors, with at least one Director being an Independent Director.
