In reference to Clarification sought by Team BSE Company is hereby submitting following submission: 1. The Company is presently undergoing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) during which there have been significant changes in its management and active personnel. These transitions have resulted in considerable administrative and statutory Compliance Challenges. Consequently disclosure was inadvertently omitted within the prescribed timeline 2. The Omission was purely inadvertent and there was no intention whatsoever to withhold any material information from the Exchange or the investors. However, the said matter was disclosed in the Notes to Accounts forming part of the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31,2026, which were submitted to the Stock Exchange on 29th May,2026, under Note No.1 3. During discussion on Consolidation of Financials under Audit for 31st March 2026, Company learnt about the missed intimation of Order received from PNB Fraud Risk Management Division and discussed internally that the same should be updated to Stock Exchange. Upon noticing the omission, the Company has promptly submitted the requisite disclosure and had filed a Corporate Announcement.
