Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI {Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 {'SEBI Listing Regulations')
In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Para A (20) of Part A of Schedule Ill of SEBI Listing
Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Assistant Commissioner of C.G.S.T., Tapi, Gujarat,
has passed Orders dated September 21, 2026, under Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017, for the
period from Financial Year (FY) 2020-21 to FY 2022-23, raising aggregate demand of Rs.
2,53,91,496/- (Rs. 1,26,95,748/- towards tax and Rs. 1,26,95,748/- towards penalty) alongwith
applicable interest, for alleged claim of excess Input Tax Credit. The said demand is unjustified,
legally untenable and is against the provisions of the GST Acts.
In this regard, the Company intends to file an appeal before the Commissioner (Appeals) against
the aforesaid Orders.
The requisite disclosure pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-
CFDPOD2/l/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure I for Para A (20) of
Schedule Ill of SEBI Listing Regulations.
