DIPL and UILCPL, as on date, respectively hold 9831 and 1675 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each of our company. Since TSIPL has acquired more than 20% of the equity shares of both DIPL and UILCPL, DIPL and UILCPL will be included as part of the Promoter Group of our Company in the shareholding pattern to be submitted for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, under relevant SEBI Regulations.
