Intimation of closure of trading window for approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the company for quarter ended June 30, 2026

Hindoostan Mills Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 01, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the date of which will be announced subsequently.
