CORRIGENDUM TO THE ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2025-26 This Corrigendum is being issued in relation to the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26, submitted by the Company vide letter dated 29th August 2026 and circulated to the shareholders along with the Notice convening the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company. With reference to the aforesaid Annual Report, the Company has noticed certain typographical/inadvertent errors, which are required to be corrected as follows: 1. Page No. 116: Under the Cash Flow Statement as at 31st March 2025, under Cash Flow from Financing Activities, the following particulars shall be read as under: • Repayment of Subordinated Debts – 0 • Proceeds from Issue of Debt Securities – 4,932.25 • Proceeds from Subordinated Liabilities – 3,051.70 • Net Proceeds from Borrowings other than Debt Securities – 4,353.06 • Transaction Cost for Issue of Debt Securities – (56.97) 2. Page No.: 48: The percentage of increase of remuneration in the Financial Year 2025-26 of Mr. Joby George shall be read as 41.67%. 3. Page No.: 40: Under section 12, the DIN of Smt. Dhanya Jose to be read as 09724286. 4. Page No.: 40: Under section 11, the last line of Debenture Redemption Reserve shall be read as “Accordingly, the Company has deposited ₹1558.09 Lakh in deposit account for debenture redemption” instead of ₹1558.08 lakh. 5. Page No.: 148: Under Note 35, the designation of Mr. R Balakrishnan shall be read as Non-Independent Director. 6. Page No: 149: Under Sitting Fee to Directors, the following is inserted: Mr. Sandeep Babu T. 2.10 Mr. Manoj K 1.60 Ms. Dhanya Jose 2.20 Mr. Anvar K 2.00 Mr. Joly Sebastian 2.10 Mr. Tomin J Thachankary 0.30 Mr. G Varughese 2.20 Mr. R Balakrishnan 0.20 In view of the aforesaid corrections, we are submitting the updated Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2025-26 incorporating the above changes.
