Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we are pleased to inform you that the company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Choice AMC Private Limited (CAPL) has received approval form Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") vide letter/No Objection Certificate ("NOC") relating to the following: 1. Choice International Limited to act as the sponsor of Wealthwave Capital Trust, a SEBI registered Category II Alternate Investment Fund ("AIF"). 2. Choice AMC Private Limited to act as the Investment Manager to Wealthwave Capital Trust, a SEBI registered Category II Alternate Investment Fund ("AIF") bearing Registration No. IN/AIF2/24-25/1736, in accordance with Regulation 21(b) of the SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 2026. Upon fulfilment of the conditions stipulated in the Letter/No Objection Certificate ("NOC"), Choice AMC Private Limited shall commence its business as the Investment Manager to Wealthwave Capital Trust, a SEBI registered Category II Alternate Investment Fund ("AIF") in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations 2012, the SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 2026, and other applicable laws. This milestone represents a significant step forward the Company's vision of building a comprehensive financial services ecosystem. The approval further expands our investment offerings while strengthening our capabilities in the alternative investment space.
