Article 16(a) shall be read as follows: the offer shall be made by notice specifying the number of shares offered and limiting a time not being less than 15 (fifteen) days or such lesser number of days as may be prescribed and not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of the offer within which the offer, if not accepted, shall be deemed to have been declined. ii) Article 59(c) – Deletion of Article 59(c) relating to prohibition on conducting Board and Audit Committee meetings through video conferencing and renumbering the articles thereafter.
