Thanking you, For and on behalf of Park Medi World Limited Name: Abhishek Kapoor Designation: Company Secretary & Compliance Officer Encl: A/a Summary of Proceedings of 15th Annual General Meeting of Park Medi World Limited The 15th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Shareholders of Park Medi World Limited (“the Company”) was held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”)/Other Audio- Visual Means (“OAVM”), in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) and the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The deemed venue of the AGM was the Registered Office of the Company situated at 12, Meera Enclave, Near Keshopur Bus Depot, Outer Ring Road, New Delhi – 110018. Shareholders Present: 75 shareholders attended the AGM through VC / OAVM. The NSDL Representative, acting as the Host, introduced the members of the Board of Directors and other key participants attending the AGM and welcomed all the Shareholders and participants to the Meeting. The Shareholders were further informed that Dr. Ankit Gupta, Managing Director, could not attend the AGM as he was unwell and advised to take rest. Mr. Abhishek Kapoor, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, welcomed the Shareholders and informed them that the requisite quorum was present to validly conduct the AGM. The Shareholders were informed that the Dr. Kamlesh Kohli, Independent Director, has joined this meeting from Bhopal; rest all the Directors, management personnel, Scrutinizer and representatives of the statutory auditor are participating in this AGM from the Company’s Corporate Office at Park Tower, Gurugram, while the representatives of the Cost Auditor and Secretarial Auditor joined the Meeting virtually from their respective locations. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26, including the Notice of AGM, Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements and Board’s Report, had been circulated to the Shareholders in accordance with the applicable provisions and a letter has been sent providing web-link from where the Annual Report and the Notice of the AGM can be accessed to those Shareholders whose email id is not available. He further informed the Shareholders that statutory records were available for inspection and that the facility of remote e-voting had been provided from September 18, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. to September 21, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. Shareholders who had not voted through remote e-voting were provided an opportunity to vote during the AGM. The voting results along with the Scrutinizer’s Report of CS Deepak Sharma, Partner of Sharma Jain and Associates, would be declared by September 23, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. and intimated to the Stock Exchanges, which would also be made available on the website of the Company, e-voting platform of NSDL and at the offices of the Company. The following items of Business as set out in the Notice convening the 15th AGM were considered and voted by the Shareholders: Ordinary Businesses 1. To receive, consider and adopt the audited standalone and consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 along-with the reports of the Board of Directors and the Auditors thereon. 2. To appoint Dr. Sanjay Sharma who retires by rotation as a Director and being eligible, offers himself for re- appointment. Special Businesses 3. To ratify remuneration payable to M/s. Sachin Gupta & Co., Cost Accountants, Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. 4. To appoint SBR & Co. LLP, Practicing Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors of the Company from the financial year 2025-26 to 2029-30. 5. To amend and ratify the PARK – Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025 as per SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefit and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021. 6. To amend and ratify extension of “PARK – Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025” to the Employees of Subsidiary Companies and Group Companies of the Company. The Company Secretary further informed that recently Park Group of Hospitals has been felicitated with three honours at the Healthcare Pioneers of Delhi 2026 awards hosted by Navbharat Times and The Times of India, Wherein Hon’ble Ch. Min. of Delhi Smt. Rekha Gupta has recognized the Group across three categories. Thereafter, the Chairman delivered his speech and briefed the Shareholders about the journey of the Park Group of Hospitals and the vision of the Company. With the consent of the Shareholders, the Notice convening the AGM was taken as read. He further informed that Auditor’s Report did not contain any qualifications, observations or comments on financial transactions or matters which have any adverse effect on the functioning of the Company. Accordingly, the said Reports were taken as read. Further, Mr. Rajesh Sharma, Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), apprised the Shareholders about the financial performance of the Company during the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Subsequently, Mr. Sanjay Sharma, Chief Executive Director (“CE0”) briefed the Shareholders on the operational performance of the Company provided an overview of its future outlook and growth prospects. The Shareholders who had pre-registered themselves as speakers were thereafter given an opportunity to ask questions and express their views. The queries raised by the Shareholders were duly addressed by Dr. Sanjay Sharma CEO & Whole-time Director, Mr. Rajesh Sharma, CFO and Mr. Sudesh Sharma, Chief Strategy Officer & Group OSD -Finance. The Chairman thereafter thanked all the stakeholders, Board of Directors, staff of Park Group of Hospitals, patients and all other participants for their valuable participation and contribution to the Meeting. He also expressed his sincere gratitude to all the stakeholders for their continued trust and support towards the Company. The AGM concluded at 12:20 P.M. (IST). The Shareholders were thereafter provided an additional period of 30 minutes to cast their votes through the e-voting facility.
