In this regard, we wish to inform you that, due to an inadvertent typographical error, the name of the Related Party has been incorrectly stated as “M/s AIK Pipes” in the Notice and Annual Report convening the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March, 2026. The correct name of the Related Party is “M/s AIK Pipes and Pumps”. Accordingly, wherever the name “M/s AIK Pipes” appears in the aforesaid Notice of AGM and Annual Report, the same shall be read and construed as “M/s AIK Pipes and Pumps”. The aforesaid correction is limited to the name of the Related Party and does not otherwise affect any other disclosure, information, financial statement or matter contained in the Notice of AGM or the Annual Report. All other contents of the AGM Notice and Annual Report, save and except as amended / clarified by this Corrigendum, shall remain unchanged.
