In accordance with the directions contained in the aforesaid Orders of the Hon'ble NCLT, the Chairperson appointed for the said meetings has submitted her Reports in respect of the NCLT convened meetings of the Equity Shareholders and Unsecured Creditors. Accordingly, we hereby enclose the following for your information and record: 1. Chairperson's Report in respect of the NCLT convened meeting of the Equity Shareholders – Annexure A. 2. Chairperson's Report in respect of the NCLT convened meeting of the Unsecured Creditors – Annexure B. The said Reports were received by the Company on July 11, 2026 and are being submitted to the Stock Exchanges upon receipt thereof.
