Cessation of Mr. Nagaraj Shrinivas Ronad as Compliance Officer of the Company Pursuant to the appointment of Mr. Murugesh C as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, Mr. Nagaraj Shrinivas Ronad has ceased to be the Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Nagaraj Shrinivas Ronad will, however, continue to serve as the Company Secretary of the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. c.
