Closure of Trading Window

Jai Balaji Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The window will be closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. This measure is taken to comply with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ensuring no insider trading activity prior to the financial disclosures.
