(“MSEDCL”) and seeking appropriate reliefs in relationthereto. DuringthependencyoftheaforesaidWritPetition,MSEDCLhasissuedafinalAssessmentOrderdatedJuly 07, 2026under Section 126oftheElectricity Act, 2003, raisinga demand ofapproximately Rs.63.49crore towardsallegedviolationofpassingelectricitytoitsretailerswithintheMallpremises. WefurtherwishtoinformthatvideorderdatedJuly9,2026(“Order”)passedinWritPetitionNo.8455of 2026,theHon'bleHighCourt ofJudicatureat Bombayhas, interalia,directedKRVLtodeposit50%ofthe amountassessedunderthefinalAssessmentOrderwiththeRegistryoftheCourtwithinthreeweeksfrom thedateoftheOrder.
