She has extensive experience in managing complex global service transitions, including payroll and HR functions, and in building scalable service delivery models across high-volume operations. Prior to joining Alldigi, she served as Director – APJ Pre-Sales and Payroll Solutions at Strada. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Secretaryship. Mr. Vijay Krishna Subramanyam Naidu Mr. Vijay Krishna Subramanyam Naidu is Chief Business Officer – International BPM Operations and has over 25 years of leadership experience across healthcare, technology and global business operations. His experience includes building and scaling businesses, leading multi-country operations, driving transformation and strengthening client and partner relationships. In his current role, his mandate includes accelerating growth across international markets, strengthening go-to- market execution and driving sustainable business outcomes. Prior to joining the organisation, he served as Vice President – Operations at EXL. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration. Mr. Jeemit Rajesh Kothari Mr. Jeemit Rajesh Kothari is Vice President – Enterprise Sales Leader at Alldigi Tech Limited and has over 23 years of experience in sales, business development and growth leadership. His expertise spans enterprise B2B and SaaS sales, new client acquisition, key account management, go-to-market strategy, solution selling and P&L management. He has experience across managed services, HCM SaaS, CX automation, AI/ML platforms, cloud managed services and contact centre solutions.
