Amalgamation/Merger

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited has received approval from the National Company Law Tribunal for the Scheme of Amalgamation of Mahogany Logistics Services Private Limited, TVS SCS Global Freight Solutions Limited, White Data Systems India Private Limited, and FLEXOL Packaging (India) Limited with TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited. The scheme will be effective from April 1, 2023, subject to the sanction of the Scheme by the Hon'ble NCLT, Bengaluru Bench and filing of the certified order copies by all the Companies of the respective orders of the jurisdictional NCLT sanctioning the Scheme with the jurisdictional Registrar of Companies.
