The proceedings of the 10th AGM shall be deemed to be conducted at the Registered Office of the Company at 1st to 6th Floor, Ananta One, Pride Hotel Lane, Narveer Tanaji Wadi, City Survey No. 1579, Shivajinagar, Pune – 411005. The Notice of the 10th AGM along with the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 will be sent by electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company / Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company / Depository Participant(s) in due course, within the prescribed timelines. Further a letter containing the exact link of the website for accessing the Notice of 10th AGM and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 shall be sent to the Members whose e-mail address is not registered with the Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA)/Depository Participants.
