Please note that the AGM will be held on Monday, August 3, 2026 at 2:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) in accordance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘Circulars’). In terms of the provisions of applicable laws and Circulars, the Notice of AGM (‘Notice’) and Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 (‘Annual Report’), are being sent through email only, to all those members whose names are appearing in the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners received from the depositories as on Friday, July 3, 2026 and whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Depository Participants/ Depositories/ Registrar & Share Transfer Agent of the Company. The Notice, inter-alia, covers the detailed instructions for e-voting, attendance at the AGM through VC and registration of email addresses by the members. Further, a physical communication (enclosed herewith) is also being sent by the Company to all those members, whose email addresses are not registered in the records, which contains the exact link and a QR code of the Company’s website to access the Notice, Integrated Annual Report and other relevant documents. In compliance with the applicable laws, the Company is providing the facility of remote e- voting and e-voting at the AGM to its members in respect of all the resolutions set forth in the Notice. The cut-off date for the purpose of reckoning the voting rights of members for this AGM is Monday, July 27, 2026 (‘Cut-off date’). Accordingly, all eligible members as on Cut-off date shall be entitled for e-voting. The remote e-voting shall commence from 9:00 A.M.
