The year under review has been an important one for the Company as we continued to strengthen our position in the textile manufacturing sector while remaining firmly committed to sustainability, innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. Our core business of manufacturing textile yarn, fibre, and fabrics from recycled materials places us at the forefront of the transition towards a more circular and sustainable textile industry. As global markets increasingly emphasize responsible sourcing, resource efficiency, and environmentally conscious manufacturing, our business model remains well aligned with these evolving opportunities. The financial year was marked by a challenging operating environment, characterized by fluctuations in raw material prices, changing regulatory requirements, global supply-chain uncertainties, and evolving customer preferences. Despite these challenges, the Company remained resilient and focused on strengthening its operational capabilities. Through process optimization, technological improvements, enhanced quality standards, and prudent resource management, we continued to build a strong foundation for sustainable growth. Sustainability remains at the heart of our business philosophy. During the year, we continued to enhance our recycling capabilities and broaden our range of sustainable textile products. These initiatives not only support our environmental objectives but also enable us to respond effectively to the growing demand for eco-friendly and responsibly manufactured textiles across domestic and international markets. An important corporate development regarding the proposed merger of Rudra Ecovation Limited with Shiva Texfabs Limited: The Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has reserved its order in relation to the proposed merger. We remain committed to complying with all applicable regulatory requirements and will continue to keep our stakeholders appropriately and prom informed of material developments in this regard. Looking ahead, we remain confident in the opportunities emerging within the sustainable textile sector. Our priorities continue to be innovation, responsible manufacturing, operational efficiency, portfolio enhancement, and long-term value creation for all stakeholders. By maintaining our focus on recycled and sustainable textiles, we are well-positioned to drive growth in the circular economy. I would like to place on record my sincere appreciation to our Board of Directors for their guidance and leadership, our employees for their dedication and commitment, our customers and business partners for their continued confidence, and, most importantly, our valued shareholders for their unwavering support and trust. Together, we remain committed to weaving a better future—one that is more sustainable, responsible, resilient, and prosperous.
