Towers, Dalal Street Mumbai – 400001 Subject: Intimation under Regulation 31A(8)(c) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding submission of application for reclassification of Promoter(s) / Promoter Group category to Public category Ref: Scrip Code: 542146 Dear Sir / Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 31A(8)(c) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company had submitted an application with BSE Limited for reclassification of existing Promoter(s) / Promoter Group member(s) from “Promoter / Promoter Group Category” to “Public Category” in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In this regard, we wish to place on record the following chronology of events: 1. The Company received request letters from Promoter(s) / Promoter Group member(s) seeking reclassification on August 31st, 2026 and August 31st, 2026. 2. The receipt of the aforesaid request letters was intimated to the Stock Exchange on the respective dates of receipt. 3. The Company intimated the Stock Exchange on August 31st, 2026 regarding convening of the Board Meeting for considering the said requests. 4. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 02nd, 2026 considered, took on record and approved the requests received from the concerned Promoter(s) / Promoter Group member(s) for reclassification. 5. Pursuant thereto, the Company submitted the application for reclassification along with requisite documents and applicable fees to BSE Limited on September 05th, 2026 i.e. within 5 days of Board Approval and the same is presently under process for consideration.
