Appointment of Mr. Aashish Agarwal as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, designated as a key managerial personnel with effect from February 15, 2027, pursuant to the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations, 2015”); and 2. Mr. Karan Bhagat continues with no change, as the Managing Director of the Company till July 26, 2030, as was approved earlier, and will be eligible to be re-appointed. The Board has additionally appointed Mr. Karan Bhagat as the ‘Vice-Chairman and Managing Director’ with effect from February 15, 2027. The above appointment is recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held on September 22, 2026.
