A brief on types of customers The Company delivers energy and allied services to commercial and industrial (C&I) clients, government utilities and agencies, and leading corporates, operating under both the Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Captive Power Producer (CPP) models. In its IPP capacity, the Company builds, owns, and operates renewable power plants, supplying power under long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) to government utilities, PSUs, and corporate customers. Under the CPP model, the Company provides end-to-end solutions from site identification to EPC execution, commissioning, energisation, and substation connectivity enabling clients to own and operate customized solar and hybrid power assets designed to meet their specific energy requirements for captive consumption.
