It is further informed that the Company has fixed Thursday, July 30, 2026, as the Cut-off Date for the purpose of determining the Members who would be entitled to attend the AGM through VC/OAVM and vote on resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM through e-voting before and during the AGM. The Company has engaged National Securities Depository Limited for providing facility for remote e-Voting, participation in the AGM through VC/OAVM and e-Voting during the AGM. The remote e- Voting period commences on Monday, August 3, 2026 at 9:00 am IST and ends on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 5:00 pm IST.
