Please see below the details in relation to the outcome of legal proceedings involving Walayar Vadakkencherry Expressway Private Limited (“WVEPL”), a project SPV of Cube Highways Trust. Brief details of the matter: WVEPL had invoked arbitration proceedings against National Highways Authority of India (“NHAI”) in relation to its claim for modification of the concession period under the terms of the concession agreement. Pursuant to arbitral award dated 21st September 2026, the Arbitral Tribunal has held that WVEPL is entitled to an extension of the concession period by 1423 days. The Arbitral Tribunal has further held that NHAI’s recommendation of reduction in the concession period by 1.5 years is invalid and not binding on WVEPL.
