Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with sub-para 20, Para A, Part A, Schedule III of the
SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements], Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations), we
hereby submit the disclosure regarding Company has received a summons issued by the State Tax
Officer-cum – Proper Officer Ward No. 22, Mohali-II, under the provisions of the Central Goods and
Services Tax Act, 2017. as detailed hereunder:

initiated or order(s) passed under Section 70 of the Central Goods and
Services Tax Act, 2017 and the Punjab Goods
and Services Tax Act, 2017. The summons
requires the Company to appear before the
concerned authority to give evidence and/or
produce documents in connection with an
inquiry relating to the Input Tax Credit (ITC)
and the closing balance in the Electronic Credit
Ledger maintained under Section 49 of the
aforesaid Acts.
The inquiry pertains to an Input Tax Credit
balance of ₹ 81,93,942/-. Pursuant to the
summons, the authorised representative of
the Company has been directed to appear in
person before the concerned authority on July
16, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at Ground Floor,
Excise and Taxation Bhawan, Sector 69,
Mohali, Punjab.
The Company is extending its full cooperation
to the authorities and is in the process of
furnishing the requisite information and
documents as sought under the summons.

5 Impact on financial, operation or other The summons is in the nature of an inquiry

adverse order has been passed against the
Company. Accordingly, there is no
ascertainable financial impact on the Company
at present. The Company does not anticipate
any material impact on its operations or other
activities and will continue to cooperate with
the concerned authorities. The Company will
exercise its rights and take corrective action
accordingly.
The Company has received the aforesaid summons on 09th July, 2026 at 4.14 p.m. by email.
