For Frontline Financial Services Limited, 2025-26 was a year of steady progress. Our Revenue increased from 49.92 lakhs to ₹293.70 lakhs, evidencing that we have successfully strengthened our customer relationships over the past year. During the year, the Company continued its business activities in trading, including Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) and construction materials, together with its financial and management consultancy activities. The Company remains focused on strengthening customer relationships, improving operating efficiency and building sustainable business opportunities. As we move into FY 2026–27, our focus will remain on disciplined execution, prudent financial management, strengthening our operating capabilities and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth. We remain committed to maintaining high standards of governance and compliance while creating long-term value for our stakeholders. SANDEEP MATHUR Chairman & Managing Director Business & Operating Performance The Company continued to focus on its trading and consultancy activities during the year. The growth in operating revenue reflects increased business activity during FY 2025–26. The Company will continue to evaluate opportunities that are commercially viable and aligned with its capabilities. The Board remains focused on maintaining appropriate controls over costs, working capital and business risks. Given the competitive nature of the markets in which the Company operates, disciplined execution and prudent financial management remain important priorities. Financial Performance Total income for FY 2025–26 was ₹293.92 lakhs, comprising revenue from operations of ₹293.70 lakhs and other income of ₹0.22 lakhs. Profit before tax was ₹2.01 lakhs and profit after tax was ₹0.77 lakhs. The Board has not recommended any dividend for FY 2025–26 with a view to conserving resources. People, Governance & Stakeholders The Company continues to recognise its employees, customers, investors and other stakeholders as important to its long-term development. The Board remains committed to sound governance, regulatory compliance and transparent engagement with stakeholders. Outlook The Company will continue to focus on strengthening its business relationships, improving operational efficiency and pursuing commercially viable opportunities in its existing areas of activity. The Board will continue to monitor market conditions and risks and take appropriate measures in the interest of the Company and its stakeholders.
