The Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended and financial year ended 31st March 2025 were duly submitted by the Company in XBRL mode. However, due to an inadvertent omission, the separate PDF version of the Standalone Financial Results for the half year ended 31st March 2025, as required to be submitted pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, could not be uploaded on the BSE portal. Accordingly, the Company hereby submits the requisite PDF version of the Standalone Financial Results for the half year ended 31st March 2025 and requests the Exchange to kindly take the same on record.
