Company, Acuité Ratings & Research Limited ("Acuité") has completed the rating exercise and based
on its review, Acuité has assigned credit rating of “ACUITE AA+/Stable” (ACUITE Double A Plus with
Stable Outlook) to the proposed Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”) aggregating to Rs. 400 Crore.
The details of the rating assigned are as follows:
