Closure of Trading Window

Insecticides (India) Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure will remain in place until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the date for the board meeting to approve these results will be intimated later.
