Sub: Intimation of closure of Trading Window Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons for trading in Company’s Shares/Securities, the “Trading Window” shall remain closed from October 01, 2026 for the purpose of consideration and approval of unaudited Financial Results for the period ended on September 30, 2026. The Trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said unaudited Financial Results, when the information becomes generally available.
