amended from time to time, and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and
Report Trading by Designated Persons, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities
of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate
relatives with effect from Thursday, October 1, 2026, and shall remain closed until 48 hours
after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter
and half year ended September 30, 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the aforesaid financial
results shall be intimated in due course.
