This is to inform that pursuant to the Company’s “Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating,
Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Designated Persons”, and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)
Regulation 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain Closed
from 1st October 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of audited (cid:976)inancial results of the Company
for the Half Year ended September 30, 2026.
Accordingly, all designated persons, including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel,
designated employees, connected persons and their Immediate Relatives shall not involve in any
transaction for dealing/ trading in the securities of the Company during the period when Trading Window
is closed.
