Digjam Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the publication of newspaper advertisements in connection with the petition filed by the Petitioner Companies under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, seeking sanction of the Composite Scheme of Arrangement ( Scheme ) before the Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench ( Hon ble NCLT ). The petition was admitted by the Hon ble NCLT vide its order dated September 02, 2026, and the matter is listed for further hearing on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.In terms of the aforesaid order, notices have been issued to the concerned Statutory Authorities inviting their representations, if any, and the requisite notice has been published in the newspapers as directed by the Hon ble NCLT. Any person desirous of supporting or opposing the Scheme may submit their representation to the Advocate appearing for the Petitioner Companies, in the manner and within the time stipulated in the said notice.
