of the SEBI (LODR), 2015
We hereby inform you that the 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the
Company was held on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 11.30 A.M. through
Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) and all the
items as set out in the Notice dated August 21, 2026 have been resolved
with requisite majority.
The shareholders were provided with the facility to cast their votes
electronically through remote e-voting services and e-voting during the
AGM by NSDL.
The remote e-voting commenced at 9.00 A.M. on Friday, September 18,
2026 and ended at 5.00 P.M. on Sunday, September 20, 2026. The cutoff
date for determining the members who were entitled to vote either
through remote e-voting or through e-voting during the Annual General
Meeting was September 14, 2026.
The brief details of agenda items and Voting results thereof along with
Scrutinizer’s Report are attached herewith. The same are also being
posted at the Registered Office and at the Company’s website.

management of the Company My responsibility as Scrutinizer is to ensure that the voting
process,both through remotee votlngand Insta Pollatthe meetingareconducted in a fairand
transparent manner and render consolidated scrutinizer’s report of the total votes cast "in
favour"or"against",ifany,tothe Chairman ontheresolutions, based on the reportsgenerated
fromtheelectronicvotingsystem.
Since this AGM was held pursuant to the MCA circulars through VC or 0VAM, physical
attendance of Members has been dispensed with. Accordingly, the facility of appointment of
proxies by the members was dispensed with The deemed venue of the AGM is the registered
officeoftheCompany.

of the Annual Report are available, to 2254 shareholders, who have not registered their
email address(es) as per Regulation 36 (1) (b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and
DisclosureRequirements)Regulations,2015,('SEBI ListingRegulations,2015').
As per therecords of theCompany asonSeptember14, 2026 whose email addresseswere
registered with the Company/ Depository Participants / Depositories pursuant to the
circulars issued by the Ministryof CorporateAffairs ("MCA") dated April 8, 2020,April13,
2020, May5, 2020, and latest dated September 22, 2025 (collectively referred to as “MCA
Circulars").
2. Intermsof the requirementof Circular No. 20/2020dated May5, 2020,issued bythe MCA,
theCompanyhasdulygivena PublicNoticebywayofanadvertisementintwonewspapers
viz."Financial Express"and "Jansatta"onAugust 21,2026,specifyingthat the AGM will be
heldthrough VCor OAVM facilityandalsospecifyingother requirementsasenumerated in
theaforementioned circular.
3 As prescribed in clause (v) of sub rule 4 of Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and
Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company also released an advertisement, published in
English in 'Financial Express’ and in Hindi in ‘Jansatta’, each dated August 27, 2026
regarding Notice calling the AGM of the Company and information pertaining to the E-
voting.
4 As per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies
(Management & Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company provided the
facility of electronic votingjto 32786 shareholders to cast votes electronically (remote e-
voting) and also duringthe 50th AGM bye- voting (Insta Poll). The entitlement to voting by
equity Shareholders was determined on the basis of shareholding as on cut-off date i. e.
September14,2026.
5. The Company provided the facility of remote electronic voting to the shareholders of the
Company from Friday, September 18, 2026 at 9:00 A.M (1ST) and ended on Sunday,
September 20, 2026 at 5:00 P. M. (1ST), through National Securities Depositories Limited
("NSDL"), being the service provider for providing the facility of remote e- voting to the
shareholdersontheirwebsitehttps://www. evoting.nsdl.com.
6 Atthe50*AGMof theCompanyheldonSeptember21,2026,theChairmanoftheCompany
facilitated the members present in the meeting through Video Conferencing ("VC”)/ Other
Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") who could not participate in the remote e- voting, to record
their votes through e- voting after the conclusion of AGM The Board of Directors of the
