c. A brief on types of customers
BirlaNu offers sustainable and innovative building solutions across pipes, construction chemicals, putty, roofs,
walls and floors. Its products cater to homeowners, builders, and designers involved in the construction, renovation
and maintenance of residential, commercial and institutional projects. The Company serves customers both
directly (B2B and B2G) and through its network of dealers and distributors. The customer base also includes
infrastructure companies (EPC), builders, and contractors executing projects on behalf of end users. In addition,
BirlaNu engages with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and PMC professionals who either procure
their products directly or influence purchasing decisions within construction projects.
