Accordingly, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives’, the trading window for trading in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for the designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, the 1st October, 2026 to Sunday, the 25th October, 2026 (both days inclusive). Further, in accordance with the relevant SEBI circulars, we confirm that we have frozen the PAN of designated persons and their immediate relatives during the window closure period and also updated the start and end date of window closure with our designated depository i.e. Central Depository Services (India) Limited on 22nd September, 2026.
