pertaining to appointment / re-appointment of Directors at the 102nd Annual General
Meeting of the Bank held on September 22, 2026.
1. Resolution No.: 03 - Re-appointment of Mr. Balebail Rajagopal Ashok
(DIN: 00415934), as a Non–Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Bank, who
retired by rotation.
2. Resolution No.: 05 - Appointment of Mrs. Biji Sreekrishnavilas Sankaranarayanan
(DIN: 11534526), as the Executive Director of the Bank.
3. Resolution No.: 06 - Appointment of Dr. M Aruna Shyam (DIN: 11789970), as a
Non-Executive Independent Director of the Bank.
4. Resolution No.: 07 - Appointment of Mr. Parthasarathi Periaswamy (DIN: 08507318),
as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Bank.
As required by the BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018, and
NSE Circular No.: NSE/CML/2018/24 dated June 20, 2018, it is hereby confirmed that
Mrs. Biji Sreekrishnavilas Sankaranarayanan, Mr. Balebail Rajagopal Ashok,
Dr. M Aruna Shyam and Mr. Parthasarathi Periaswamy have not been debarred from
holding the office of a Director by virtue of any order passed by the SEBI or any other
such authority.
Further, in terms of the SEBI Master Circular No.: SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7) 2025-CFD-

14, 2021. He has been appearing as a Senior Advocate
before various High Courts and other Courts across
the country, advising and representing clients in
complex and high-stake litigations.

Innovation Hub, guiding projects on cybersecurity in
the financial sector. Further, he was a Board Member
of Indian Financial Technology and Allied Services
(IFTAS), an RBI subsidiary, for the period 2019 –
2021, where he had overseen technology governance
and sector wide IT initiatives.
