Trading Window

Kalyan Jewellers India Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the Trading Window closure pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the Promoters & Promoter Group, Directors, Designated persons, their Immediate Relatives and for the Connected Persons of the Company will remain closed from 01st October 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ending on September 30, 2026.
