The order pertains to talent deployment with expertise into Full Stack Development, Backend Development (Java), Frontend Development (Angular), DevOps Engineering, Quality Assurance / Test Automation Engineering, Business Analysis and Solution Architecture, to support the customer’s application development, enhancement, testing and digital transformation initiatives. The agreement is for a period of 15 months from June 24, 2026 to September 20, 2027. The total value of the contract is THB 10,542,056.07 (approximately Rs. 3 crore), exclusive of applicable taxes. The requisite details as per SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure A. The Company is making this disclosure on a voluntary basis as the amount involved is below the materiality threshold limits as per the aforesaid Regulation.
