Accordingly, all the DPs have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of Board Meeting to approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 2nd quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2026 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course. Further, in accordance with the SEBI Master Circular HO/43/15/12(3)2025-ISD- POD2/I/11734/2026 dated May 15, 2026, the Company has confirmed the details with respect to the DPs and their immediate relatives and has specified the Trading Window Closure Period to National Securities Depository Limited (‘Designated Depository’) for freezing of the PAN of the DPs and their immediate relatives for trading in the securities of the company during the trading window closure period, at security level.
