Further, with reference to our earlier intimation vide letter no. CDSL/CS/NSE/AJ/2026/76 dated June 11, 2026, wherein we had informed that Shri Amit Mahajan shall continue to hold the position of Chief Technology Officer until such time a new incumbent is appointed. Accordingly, pursuant to Shri Kinjal Shah joining the organization with effect from September 22, 2026, Shri Amit Mahajan shall cease to hold the position of Chief Technology Officer with effect from the commencement of business hours on September 22, 2026.
