Shareholders meeting

Poddar Pigments Limited has submitted the Exchange a copy of the Scrutinizer's report of the Annual General Meeting held on September 21, 2026. The report details the voting results of the resolutions passed by the shareholders. The company has approved the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and declared a final dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The company has also appointed a new director in place of Shri Gaurav Goenka, a Joint Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, who retires by rotation.
