We wish to submit that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), the company has made all necessary disclosures to the stock exchanges in line with the Listing Regulations and there is no price sensitive information/ material information/ announcement that is pending or omitted to be disclosed to the stock exchanges as on date pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations which would have a bearing on volume behaviour in the scrip.
