Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank increased from Rs. 62,776,891,862/- consisting of 31,388,445,931 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 62,778,135,438/- consisting of 31,389,067,719 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
