He brings to the Board nearly three decades of experience across banking and financial services, audit and financial reporting, risk management and internal controls, valuation and corporate finance, and corporate restructuring. Mr. Singh has served on the boards of regulated financial institutions and listed companies. He was an Independent Director of Union Bank of India, where he chaired the Audit Committee and served on the Risk Management Committee, Committee for Monitoring Frauds, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Amalgamation Committee. He also contributed to Board-level oversight of the amalgamation of Andhra Bank and Corporation Bank with Union Bank of India.
