Encl: As above Press Release Pace Digitek’s Subsidiary LPPL Secures Rs. 4,884.6 million BESS Supply Order from NGSL Order further strengthens Pace Digitek’s direct BESS supply business, with scope also covering commissioning and lifecycle support Bengaluru, 21 September 2026: Pace Digitek Limited’s Material Subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited (LPPL), has secured an order valued at Rs. 4,884.6 million (including GST) from NTPC GE Power Services Private Limited (NGSL) for the BESS Project at Barh STPP (NTPC Stages I & II). The order comprises the supply, testing, supervision of erection and commissioning of BESS containers, together with Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS). The order also includes five years of Annual Maintenance Services (AMC) and a further seven-year extended warranty for the battery containers, providing lifecycle support for the deployed systems. The order is scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2026. Expanding Participation Across the BESS Value Chain The order marks a further step in Pace Digitek’s strategy to build a scaled and integrated Energy platform, with LPPL being developed as a product-led BESS business spanning manufacturing, product supply, system integration and lifecycle support. Pace Digitek has operationalised 2.5 GWh of BESS manufacturing capacity in 2025, expanded this to 5 GWh, and plans to further scale capacity towards 10 GWh by Q3 FY2027. The Company has delivered BESS containers representing more than 1.5 GWh of capacity to date. As the Company expands its participation across the BESS value chain, it is focused on strengthening localisation, integration and service capabilities, while enhancing its ability to serve a broader range of customer requirements. This is expected to support deeper customer engagement and a more diversified Energy business over time. Pace Digitek also sees C&I applications as an emerging opportunity alongside its core utility-scale BESS business and continues to evaluate opportunities across commercial and industrial customers and other power- intensive users.
