The remote e-voting process had commenced from Thursday, 17th September, 2026 at 9.00 A.M. (IST) and ended on Sunday, 20th September, 2026 at 5.00 P.M. (IST). The cut-off date for determining e-voting eligibility for the Shareholder(s) was Monday, 14th September, 2026. The Company had also provided e-voting facility during the AGM and e-voting window was kept open 15 minutes after the conclusion of the AGM for the Members who were present at the AGM through VC/ OAVM and had not casted their votes through Remote e-voting and who were otherwise not barred from doing so. M/s Mehta and Mehta, Company Secretaries was appointed as the Scrutinizer by the Company to scrutinize the remote e-voting process and also the e-voting by Members at the 05th Annual General Meeting. The Scrutinizer has submitted their consolidated report to the Chairperson. The consolidated report of the scrutinizer dated 21.09.2026 and the consolidated voting result in prescribed format in terms of Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed herewith. The Notice dated August 04, 2026 of the 05th AGM was sent to the members on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 and Subsequently, the revised Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 was sent to the Members on Friday, August 28, 2026 through electronic mode to those Members whose email addresses were registered with the Company or the Depositoriesl Depository Participantsl Regif::trar and Transfer Agent of the Company. FUliher, the Company has sent a letter to shareholders whose email addresses are not registered with the Company or Depositories or Depository Participants or IRegistrar a.nd Transfer Agent of the Company, providing the web link including the exact path from where the Notice and annual report can be accessed on the Company's website. 2. The Resolutions were transacted through the process of remote e-voting and through electronic voting system during the AGM. For the purpose of remote e-voting, the Company had engaged the services of National Securities Depository Limited ("NSDL"). 3. The members of the Company holding shares as on the "cut off' date i.e. Monday, September 14,2026 were entitled to vote on the resolutions stated in the Notice of the OSth AGM. 4. The period for remote e-voting commenced on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 09:00 A.M. (1ST) and ended on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 05:00 P.M. (1ST). The Remote e-voting module was disabled by NSDL for voting thereafter. 5. The facility for e-voting was made available for the Members attending the meeting through VC/OAVM and who did not cast their vote through remote e-voting. 6. After the closure of e-voting at the AGM, the report on the voting done at the AGM and votes cast through remote e-voting facility done prior to the AGM were unblocked, in the presence of two witnesses Mr. Lucky Yaduwanshi and Mr. Pranay Rane neither of whom are in the employment of the Company and generated from NSDL e-voting website www.evoting.nsdl.com. 7.
