BSE Scrip Code:532624 NSE Scrip Code: JINDALPHOT Sub: Intimation regarding adjournment of the 23rd Annual General Meeting for want of quorum Dear Sir/Madam, It is informed that the 23rd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Jindal Photo Limited (the “Company”) was scheduled today Monday September 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM through Video Conferencing (“VC”)/Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”) to transact the business listed in the notice dated August 13, 2026, convening the AGM. At the scheduled time for commencement of the Meeting, the requisite quorum as prescribed under Section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013 was not present, as only twenty (20) Members were present. Accordingly, after waiting for the prescribed period, the Chairman declared the Meeting adjourned for want of the requisite quorum. The AGM shall accordingly stand adjourned to Monday, September 28, 2026 at 2:00 P.M., being the same day in the next week, at the same time and through the same VC/OAVM facility, in accordance with Section 103(2)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013. The business as set out in the Notice convening the 23rd AGM shall be considered at the adjourned AGM, subject to applicable provisions of law. The Company is in the process of intimating all its shareholders through its Registrar and Transfer Agent (“RTA”). This is for your information and records.
