The Notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025–26 will be dispatched to shareholders in due course, in compliance with the relevant statutory requirements. Shareholders are requested to ensure that their latest contact details (including email IDs and addresses) are updated with their Depository Participants (for shares in dematerialized form) or with the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent – RTA (for shares in physical form), to facilitate timely delivery of the Annual Report, AGM Notice, and credit of dividend. 2. Record Date for Payment of Final Dividend for FY 2025-26 Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Record date is Friday, 31st July, 2026 for the payment of final dividend of Rs. 0.55 (55%) on equity share of Rs. 1/- each for the financial year 2025-26. The payment of the said final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be made on or before Wednesday, September 09, 2026. 3. Submission of documents for TDS on Dividend Dividend shall be subject to deduction of tax at source at applicable rates.
